| October 16, Saturday morning yoga class and Saturday morning and afternoon workshops featuring Dr. Edward Viljoen and other Spiritual Leaders Yoga will begin at 8a with Rev Edward Viljoen then there will be the first workshop by Rev Edward from 9:30- 11:30
Prayer: Saying What I Mean and Meaning What I Say Sometimes students of Affirmative Prayer run up against the block of feeling that the words of their prayer are too affirmative and not realistic. They can find themselves thwarted by their own prayer practice when they don't completely mean what they are saying. There is a way to create a powerful statement suitable for use in prayer which feels authentic, realistic and powerful. Using a form of inquiry, Dr. Edward will guide workshop participants in creating a personal focus for their practice. This exercise results in the creation of an affirmative prayer that feels authentic, uses your own words and benefits from what you already think and believe about yourself.
AWAKENING THE HEART This interactive workshop helps the individual meet in that place
where the idea "each other" is not there. As Rumi says,
"There is a window in the heart, and when that window is open,
love can flow from heart to heart, but if there is no wall between
us, what need is there of a window." When the wall comes down
between us, love can flow easily and effortlessly. $75.00 for yoga and 2 workshops October 16, 7-10pm A Gala Dinner Celebration Saturday evening with
