I know that my body right now is the perfect expression of energy, freedom of movement and love. I move through my day easily & effortlessly. I am God powered and empowered. There is no-thing that hinders me as I express love fully to myself and others. I am healthy & strong. I give thanks for my perfect health that I experience now. And so it is.

There is one life, one good, one mind — God.

In this awareness I accept health and wholeness.
I recognize my perfection and turn from all thoughts of illness to the truth that God is the life within me.
This life is flowing through every part of my body as health.
I am filled with a sense of gratitude and thanksgiving for this truth.
I let it be so.

God is a Big Cosmic Safety Net

God is one big cosmic safety net.
I trust the Universe to take complete care of me.
I cooperate by handling situations with love.
I am gracious.
I refuse to get alarmed.
I refuse to be selfish.
My faith is firm.
I am blessed by a loving God.
And so it is.

Peace of Mind

Spirit always has a better idea.
Ideas that bring prosperity into my life.
I know that not getting everything I want, is a blessing.
There is always something else ready to appear in my life that will bring greater prosperity.
I am blessed that this new opportunity will bring joy, self fullfilment, and wealth.
I know that Spirit ALWAYS brings me more good that I can imagine.
I align with Spirit and let it unfold.
I don’t know exactly what that looks like, and that is ok.
I have complete faith that I am in the right place doing the right things to unfold my greatest good.
And so it is.

I Trust You to Take Care of Us

Thank You God for always wanting to give all of us the best life has to offer.
I know I am on my own personal path, and it is right for me.
I know others are on their own path, and it is right for them.
I may not understand why they have picked that path.
It is not mine to know.
It is not mine to change.
No matter what it looks like.
I know they are being the best they can be.
I love them the way they are.
And I love them the way they are not.
Thank You for keeping safe energy around them at all times, and thank You for keeping safe energy around me.
I completely trust in You to take care of us.
All is well.
And so it is.

My Body is Amazing

This physical body that houses my spirit is amazing.
It runs all by itself.
I just have to fuel it.
It burns all the calories I put in it to keep all the parts running like a well oiled machine.
I have great metabolism and have energy to spare.
Any time I bump into something or am not careful, my body responds by healing itself with ease and velocity.
I am awed as I watch bruises disappear and aches and pains dissipate.
And to think the whole thing is even waterproof.
Thank You God for making this body so efficient.
Thank You God for giving it to me to use.
And so it is.

I Am Proud to Be Awake

I am so grateful that I am finally awake.
I am open to the valuable lessons that I am presented each day.
I am pleased with my progress.
I am pleased with how I handle challenges these days.
Many of the situations that would have been painful a few years ago, are now classified as interesting occurrences to reveal the higher me.
Opportunities to grow.
Opportunities to heal.
I let go of my ego.
It is not going to stand in my way any longer.
Most people, looking in from the outside, never know how far I have come.
And that is ok.
I know.
And I am pleased.
Thankfully, VERY THANKFULLY, I know God isn’t done with me yet.
And so it is.

I am Ready to be Healed

Now is always the best time to be healed.
God is always ready.
God always has the remedy.
Whatever has gone before has served its purpose.
I am done with it.
I am ready to be healed.
God whispers in my ear and gives me directions.
I listen and follow instructions.
Thankfully, these days, I am teachable.
And so it is.

Surrender old Habits

God is always there to help me overcome my bad habits.I make new choices, and I follow through.
Some of those bad habits are like old friends.
Comfortable, but not taking me where I want to be.
I know that sometimes I get bit because I refuse to let go of the biter.
Doing what I have always done does not work for me anymore.
I am ready to make changes.
I am strong.
I am clear as to what I have to do.
I am ready to dig in and consciously guide my life towards my greater good.
I reclaim the joy that I know is my birthright.
I celebrate that it is mine to have, and I thank God for always wanting me to have it.
And so it is.

God is Always on Duty

Today I slow down.
I remember God is always on duty.
I am not responsible for doing it all by myself.
I don’t need to rush.
I don’t have to worry.
I slow down and let the richness of each moment be noticed.
I talk less and listen more.
I look around and see the wonder of the clouds and the sky.
I let go and do nothing.
I count my blessings and enjoy the moment.
And so it is.
