My Amazing Body
My Creator has given me an amazing body to house my spirit..
I am thankful for my magnificent heart that pumps my blood so efficiently.
I am thankful for my strong bones that hold me up.
I am thankful for the muscles that let me move gracefully.
And I am also thankful for the pain that sends me a signal to pay attention.
I learn from the negative.
And I focus on the positive.
I honor this miracle that is my body.
It is a gift that I treasure.
And so it is.
