White Stone Ceremony

Today we set our intentions (similar to resolutions) for the new year.  Rather than focusing on what we will do, we focus on who we are called to be this year. It could be kindness, patience, love, freedom, compassion, or any other quality of Spirit. Your word is written on a white stone you will be given and take with you as a reminder throughout the year how you intend to show up in the world.
